Photography is a passionate hobby and it is my humble endeavour to get better at it. Wildlife photography, especially, is a challenge because of the shy nature and quick movement of the animals. Good photo opportunities can be lost in a split-second. In addition to having good skills, being alert and having good anticipation, luck also plays a major role.
It is all about being in the right place at the right time (in the right frame of mind, with the right gear, set to the right settings). [Eureka! I appear to have come up with the 5 Rs (Rights) of wildlife photography :-)]
But all the hard work is worth it, when you get a good shot that is worth treasuring. However this blog is not all about wildlife photography or getting the perfect shot. It is also about the experience of being in the wild, being in touch with raw nature without excessive human influence. The thrills, joy and experience of wildlife safaris are memories worth savouring.
